Successful Fashion Entrepreneurs - Just Like You
Many exceptional fashion designers dream of launching their line and establishing a successful brand. Is that Your dream? It’s closer than you think. Make it real. I want to show you success stories of how other gifted designers just like you made it happen. You can too… here’s how.
There’s a lot of difference between simply dreaming about success and taking action to make it happen. One of the toughest roadblocks that stop most designers from launching the fashion line of their dreams is in their head. It’s all in your mindset. They want to launch their line but the dream seems too removed from actual reality. But It’s not.
In the next several weeks, I am going to introduce you to several designers’ success stories. They are just like you, and they took action to launch their successful start-up fashion brands. They are now successfully operating fashion businesses and living out their dreams. They are done with the nine-to-five and working for other people. Their destiny is under their control.
You can do that too, and you will understand how they are no different than you. The only thing is that they took action. They had faith in their dreams and they made it happen. You can too.
I am going to tell you their stories so you can see how a fashion designer, just like you, can get started and ultimately launch the line you have been dreaming about.
Here are just a few of the success stories who partnered with V.Mora to make their dreams come true.
KATRO:
Kathleen was a designer who started as a young girl sewing pajamas with her grandmother. Even then, she was drawn to colorful prints and added her own special details to make everything as practical as it was beautiful.
When her own kids were young, she spent summers in Malibu where she began designing bright, colorful caftans that she could wear to the beach during the day and then dress up with lipstick and a pair of heels at night.
Her friends encouraged her and she began selling these caftans at trunk shows. Katro was born. Today, she creates loungewear for the woman who does everything. Her collection is designed to move with you through your busiest days, wildest nights, and laid back Sundays. Her heart lies in California, and Katro’s colorful prints and easy silhouettes are inspired by its vast, epic beauty and outdoor living.
Amy Page DeBlasio:
Amy Page DeBlasio is a distinctive and ethical contemporary design label founded in 2017. Each APD piece is a wearable work of art, radiating movement and energy in a seamless blend of urban attitude and edgy sophistication.
She incorporates bold fabrics and luxe textiles. APD designs always demand attention, provoke excitement, and express confidence.
Bergybag:
Your fashion idea does not have to be apparel. When the designer who invented the Bergy Bag came to us she had a vision for a cosmetic bag that could stay cool when things got hot. As it turned out, there were many other consumers out there who needed a bag that could stand up to the heat. No more melting lipstick or mushy mascara.
Bergy Bag fulfilled that need and is now a very successful brand. Even though it is not a clothing item, it is a fashion accessory that has a function, purpose, and style. This designer thought “out of the box” and created a brand and a product that fulfilled a real need in a stylish way.
Princely Wear:
You don’t need a charmed life to be successful. Michelle was in the Navy, and a mom of 3 boys. She got tired of the bland selections available for boys, and stepped up to the plate with imagination and flair.
Princely Wear is the result and her success is indicative that there were other parents that wanted a little more style for their sons as well. She had all the real life demands, and managed to create a line of apparel that fulfilled a definite void in the market.
Meghan Stanton:
Meghan Stanton created Henry Duvall, the little boys’ clothing line during the pandemic, raising three kids, while living in Bermuda when everything was locked down.
Henry Duvall sold out on its launch day!
Imagine being a Mom during the pandemic stranded during lock-down on the isolated island of Bermuda. She was able to successfully develop and launch a new fashion start up in spite of all of those obstacles.
If she could do it under those circumstances, so can you!
These are just a few of the success stories I will cover in the next several weeks. There are many more and you will discover that these innovative designers are no different than you are. I want you to read their stories so that you feel empowered to create your own success story. They have families, kids, jobs, and other commitments that make it easy NOT to take action, but they did. Now they have their brand’s success to show for it.
They did not let their dream take a back seat to their other commitments. Instead, they partnered with V. Mora, and with our help, they navigated everyday life and successfully launched a start-up brand in the fashion world. We can do that for you as well.
