Basically, our 3 primary programs are: 1. Strategic Coaching & Mentorship, 2. Strategic Advising that can include: Concept Development, Branding & Marketing, and 3. Product Development, Sales, and Management.  Each one is very different but all of them are structured to help you reduce timelines, cut costs, improve quality, and maximize revenue and brand success.

Start-Up Coaching:

If you are just starting out with a great idea and have little or no experience in the fashion world. Our start-up Coaching program can be a very productive first step. Many successful fashion entrepreneurs started with a great idea, no fashion experience, and a very demanding unrelated job. Nurses, construction workers, lawyers, chefs, and others can all have great fashion ideas that could solve a significant problem for many people. 

With our years of fashion experience, you can skip over all the painful, disappointing, and costly years of learning by yourself through trial and error. You can leverage our knowledge and experience with your breakthrough idea. This program is designed to fast track your learning and success.  

You don’t have to quit your day job to get started, and you can rapidly become familiar with the behind the scenes operations of the fashion world. In fact, many fashion entrepreneurs managed to develop a successful brand launch while they still held onto their daily job. Only when their fashion business earned more than they were making, did they quit the 9 to 5 and focus full-time on their fashion business.

The Start-Up Coaching Program is a monthly program where you have 4 to 5 weekly calls per month with our expert production managers. If you have a question between phone calls, you can use an unlimited number of texts and emails to get the answers you need to move forward. You also get unlimited access to our extensive database of templates, vendor lists, and worksheets that you can use. You can even review the worksheets with your coach during the weekly phone call. Normally, a new designer spends about 3 months in this program before they and their concept are ready to move up to our next level. 

Strategic Advising Program: 

Our Strategic Advising Program is structured to help guide the more advanced entrepreneur through some of the specific issues they encounter with their launch. It may be right for an entrepreneur who successfully launched and now they want to scale and grow. It can also be the progression of a newbie who has advanced their learning and product concept through the strategic coaching and mentorship program. During these sessions Anna Livermore focuses on what is going on with your brand and what needs to be done to successfully launch or make your line more successful. 

Depending on your concept, the focus could be on concept development,  styles, samples, branding, sales, and marketing or something more specific. This includes weekly calls with me, unlimited emails and texts, and full access to our database of exercises, templates, vendor lists, and worksheets. 

When you complete this program, you will be where you need to be with your new fashion brand. The goal is to successfully launch your line, or scale your brand to a higher level of brand recognition, customer loyalty, increased revenue, and better profit margins.

At this point, you will be far more familiar with how the fashion industry works. You’ll understand how to turn a concept into a physical product. You will even progress in your knowledge of strategic marketing and how to create a customer base, position and market your brand, and build brand loyalty. 

Product & Development Program (Done For You):

Whereas our first two programs of coaching, mentoring, and consulting are done with you, our Product & Development Program is Done For You. This is when your V.Mora team actually manages and executes the production process for you. We can meet with vendors to create patterns, styles, and samples. You may need us to have fabric shipped directly to us, and go to local vendors here in New York’s garment district to select trims and accessories. We can even make vendor calls, and develop and implement marketing strategies.

Many fashion entrepreneurs need a Done For You option because they must devote their time and energy to their brand’s other styles and lines. V.Mora can be a key part of your team that takes the essential tasks off your hands so that you can get to the market faster and more efficiently than if you tried to do all the work in-house.

An example of this might be if you want to introduce a new style or several new styles. V.Mora can handle the concept development, samples, sourcing, manufacturing and even the marketing and branding. You can focus on your current business or another project that’s in development. This can be a very fast, effective, and efficient way to scale and grow your brand when you are in a rapid growth stage.

This is based on the deliverables you need. It can provide you with the expert help you need, extra manual labor, or simply a solution to take a task off your hands. Our custom a’ la carte consulting can be the perfect answer for small projects or specific questions.
